The Ladders for Leaders is a nationally recognized program that offers high school and college students the opportunity to participate in paid professional summer internships with leading corporations, non-profit organizations and government agencies in New York City.
I assess volunteers and evaluate the current processes for remote onboarding and collaboration, identify and implement solutions, develop documentation and training materials, and deliver small group and 1:1 training for volunteers across the org.
