Teaching and Training

  • Provide and revise monthly enrollment reports and comparisons for TVPs and Finance Depts

  • Managed teams of 5 to 20 staff; developed and implemented training procedures in the host, seater, and coatcheck depts
  • Attended weekly manager meetings, led biweekly host meetings and monthly seater/coatcheck meetings to institute and
    discuss new policies, address issues and facilitate communication between departments
  • Managed the door on concert/event nights to check-in between 200 and 400 guests for a variety of events
  • Managed large reservations including providing guidance in creating limited menus, seating arrangements, etc
