Volunteer Work This conference series provides an inclusive discussion opportunity for marginalized groups in the technology and gaming industries. The Ladders for Leaders is a nationally recognized program that offers high school and college students the opportunity to participate in paid professional summer internships with leading corporations, non-profit organizations and government agencies in New York City. I assess volunteers and evaluate the current processes for remote onboarding and collaboration, identify and implement solutions, develop documentation and training materials, and deliver small group and 1:1 training for volunteers across the org. Imani House’s Mission is “To Assist Marginalized Youth, Families, and Immigrants to create Vibrant neighborhoods where residents are decision makers who take responsibility for the improvement of their lives and surroundings.” ESL Works brings job-focused English training to the food industry. Through live on-site and online instruction, employees are taught the language and life skills they need in order to be more confident workers. We are food industry veterans and are skilled in teaching ESL. So, we get it. You need good teachers, flexible scheduling, and English training that is industry-focused so your team can use what they learned immediately.
